- beat butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until fluffy
- add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix until just combined
- load the cookie dough into the dough press and dispense
- bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes
- note: for the pampered chef cookie press, press the cookies directly onto a cold or room temperature baking sheet while applying pressure to the plunger
