Chocolate Spritz

Amount	Ingredient	Prep Notes
1 cup	butter
2/3 cups	sugar
1	egg
1 teaspoon	vanilla
2 1/4 cups	flour
1/3 cups	cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon	salt

• beat butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until fluffy
• add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix until just combined
• load the cookie dough into the dough press and dispense
• bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes
