Kate’s Peanut Butter Cookies

peanut butter |

- preheat oven to 350
- mix all ingredients
- makes about 30 cookies with small scoop (all fit on same sheet)
- flatten cookies with fork tines, then lightly sprinkle with additional sugar
- bake 10-12 minutes
