Corny Dogs

Amount	Ingredient	Prep Notes
1 pack	hot dogs	sliced
2 cups	flour
1/2 cup	cornmeal
2 tablespoons	sugar
1 tablespoon	baking powder
1 scant teaspoon	salt
2	eggs
1 cup	milk
4 tablespoons	butter	melted

• preheat oven to 425
• spray muffin tin or line with paper cups (about 18)
• in large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt
• in separate bowl beat milk and egg until blended
• melt butter, then mix into milk mixture
• stir milk mixture into dry ingredients, then add hot dogs
• pour into prepared tin and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
