Corny Dogs

- preheat oven to 425
- spray muffin tin or line with paper cups (about 18)
- in large bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt
- in separate bowl beat milk and egg until blended
- melt butter, then mix into milk mixture
- stir milk mixture into dry ingredients, then add hot dogs
- pour into prepared tin and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
